What time can I check-in and check-out?
The official check-in time at the hotel is from 2pm. If your room is available beforehand, you will be able to check-in before this time although this cannot be guaranteed. Rooms should be vacated by 12 noon.
Does the hotel have WiFi? Is it free or do I need to pay?
The hotel has WiFi available in reception and in the rooms. This is a free service. Consult reception for the password.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
When you book on this website, you will be asked for credit card details as a guarantee. You will not be charged at this point. Payment should be made directly in the hotel unless you have purchased a Non-Refundable promotion or offer.
What is a Non-Refundable Rate?
These are rates that must be paid, using the credit card details you provide, when you make your booking. You may not modify or cancel your booking. Once the booking is confirmed, no amount will be returned under any circumstances.
Does the hotel have an indoor or outdoor car park?
The hotel has a Pay outdoor car park at the main entrance and in the surrounding area.
Is there public transport from the hotel?
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The service that stops here runs every 30 minutes to Nerja. We also offer private transfer and taxi services.
Are pets permitted?
We are sorry, but no type of animal is permitted in this hotel.
How can I buy tickets to the Caves of Nerja?
You will be able to request more information and tickets to the Caves of Nerja at reception. We also offer other excursions of cultural interest to places such as Granada and the Alhambra, the White Towns of Andalusia, and more.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool? Is there a towel service?
The hotel has a garden area and two swimming pools: one large and one for children. We also have sunbeds, sunshades and airbeds available for free. Swimming pool towels are available for free if you pay a deposit beforehand.
